                                                              Inducted 2017
 
     Paul is a resident of Fargo and has actively supported sportfishing in North Dakota for many years.  He has been a dedicated member of Fargo-Moorhead Muskies, Inc.  since 1976, serving as president and holding other leadership positions over the years.  He also served as Regional Vice-President with National Muskies, Inc. for fifteen years.   Paul is a 2001 inductee to the Muskies, Inc. Hall of Fame. 
     Paul is also a long-time member of the North Dakota Sportfishing Congress.  He has served as president and has been a director since 2001.  Paul has been the go-to person in ensuring successful fundraising events for the Sportfishing Congress which allows the organization to preserve, promote, and improve quality sportfishing in North Dakota.  Paul is also a member of FM Walleyes Unlimited and Friends of Lake Sakakawea. 
     Paul was the recipient of a 2006 award of appreciation from the North Dakota Game & Fish Department recognizing his years of service to North Dakota fishermen.
     Paul has demonstrated an unselfish and tireless dedication throughout his life to improve the resource and provide improved fishing opportunities in North Dakota for future generations.
